Health and Welfare Benefits

Time Off

Starting out, you will earn 3 weeks of vacation, 48 hours of paid sick time, and paid holidays including a year-end “shut down.” As your tenure with the company increases, the number of vacation days you earn will also increase. In addition, several of our locations utilize alternative work schedules, which allow for longer weekends.

Community Involvement

Aerojet Rocketdyne also encourages employees to get involved in the community by arranging meaningful and fun volunteer programs through the Aerojet Rocketdyne in Action program which is funded by the Aerojet Rocketdyne Foundation.
