Huntsville, Ala. and Sacramento, Calif. – June 19, 2011 – Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. (TBE), a subsidiary of Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY), announced today that it finalized its strategic alliance agreement with Aerojet-General Corporation, a GenCorp (NYSE: GY) company.

SACRAMENTO, Calif., June 10, 2011 – Aerojet, a GenCorp (NYSE: GY) company, announced that its engine helped propel today’s launch of the Delta II launch vehicle from Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB) in California. This 149th launch of the Delta II engine carries NASA’s Aquarius research satellite to orbit.

(TBE), in Huntsville, Ala., has signed a letter of agreement to form a strategic alliance with Aerojet - General Corporation, a GenCorp (NYSE: GY) company, to manufacture and assemble liquid rocket engines.

SACRAMENTO, Calif., May 27, 2011 – Aerojet, a GenCorp (NYSE:GY) company, has been awarded two contracts for the maturation of advanced technologies for Upper Stage and Divert and Attitude Control System propulsion elements of the Standard Missile Blk IIB Interceptor, as part of an Early Intercept Defense Phase of the European Phased Adaptive Approach for the U.S.

SACRAMENTO, Calif., May 18, 2011 – Aerojet, a GenCorp (NYSE: GY) company, announced today that its engines contributed to Space Shuttle Endeavour’s (STS-134) on-orbit operation and successful docking to the International Space Station (ISS). Endeavour lifted off on May 16 from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida and docked with the ISS this morning.
