Scott Neish will become president of Aerojet-General Corporation (Aerojet), and an officer of GenCorp effective December 1, 2005. Mr. Neish is currently Aerojet’s executive vice president, a role he has held since earlier this year.

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 26, 2005 -- Aerojet, a GenCorp Inc. (NYSE: GY) company, has been awarded a contract with Raytheon Missile Systems to assemble, qualify and produce TOW Bunker Buster warheads. Aerojet's contract is valued at more than $8 million.

50th Anniversary and Final California Launch Site

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Sept. 26, 2005 – Aerojet engines powered a Delta II launch vehicle and its satellite payload in a late launch yesterday from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla. The Boeing Delta II vehicle carried a Global Positioning System satellite, the first modernized Lockheed Martin GPS 2R-M1 satellite for military and civilian use.
