Contractor Pre-Approval Process

To be Pre-Approved contractors must submit the following documentation:

  1. UPDATED Contractor Pre-Approval Form EHS-AF025
    • Current Experience Modification Rate
    • OSHA Citation History for 3 previous years
  2. Completed Contractor Training Documentation Matrix Form EHS-A027
  3. Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)

Contractor Renewal Process

Contractors who are engaged in high risk activities or required to work in the factory or other high risk areas at Aerojet Rocketdyne, are required to be pre-approved by Aerojet Rocketdyne Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) before being allowed on site. Approval must be renewed every three years. Contractors must submit the following documentation to renew their approval status.

  1. UPDATED Contractor Pre-Approval Form EHS-AF025
  2. ANY updates and revisions to Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) refer to applicable link:

Aerojet Rocketdyne Safety, Health and Environment (SH&E) will review the documentation. If SH&E finds the documentation to be satisfactory, the contractor will be added to the Pre-Approved list, allowing the contractor to initiate work at Aerojet Rocketdyne.

Data packages must be submitted electronically via e-mail or by mailing a CD to the following applicable location:
