Aerojet Rocketdyne requires a supply base that offers consistent, exceptional performance to allow us to remain competitive in the market. Suppliers must deliver on their commitments while continuously driving improvements to products and processes. Category Managers are diligently working to consolidate Aerojet Rocketdyne's supply base to only our best performing suppliers, eliminating suppliers that do not meet our rigorous performance expectations. At the same time Aerojet Rocketdyne's Integrated Services team manages enterprise agreements for indirect goods and services growing partnerships with fewer suppliers.

To achieve total customer satisfaction, Aerojet Rocketdyne partners with its suppliers to identify innovative ways to build quality and producibility into its designs. We seek the input of our expert supply partners to improve efficiencies and build upon the reliability of Aerojet Rocketdyne hardware. This strategy allows us to drive affordability into our products while ensuring 100 percent mission success.
